To get a better idea of how prepared you are for Math 118, you should now take the Pre-Calculus and Calculus Knowledge Tests, using a system called Webwork.
The grades you receive on these tests will not count, and the questions may be answered multiple times. They are designed only to help you assess your strengths and weaknesses in certain foundational topics of Calculus II.
Webwork is a system that’s used during the semester to give and grade automated homework problems, and we’re using it for these Knowledge Assessment tests. To connect to Webwork to take either the Precalculus or Calculus assessments, click on the Webwork link in the “Get Ready for Math 118” Moodle course.
Once you take the tests and get your results, you can move on to Step 2 to begin working on any concepts/skills that are identified as rusty.
After taking the practice tests, please feel free to browse through the Solutions to the Webwork Questions for any of the problems in the Pre-Calc Knowledge Pretest or Calc Knowledge Pretest that you may have had trouble with.
